TalbotLabs is a project by Pebble Labs, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the TalbotLabs application (“Service”).

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not receive or store your Google password. Authentication is handled entirely by Google via OAuth 2.0.

Photos

Photos you upload are stored temporarily on our servers solely to perform the processing you request. We do not view, analyze, or share your photos for any other purpose.

Usage Data

We collect basic, anonymized usage metrics to monitor performance and improve the Service — for example, how many photos were processed and how long processing took. We do not track your browsing activity outside of the Service.

2. Data Retention

Uploaded photos and processed results are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours. We do not back up user-uploaded photos.

Account information is retained for as long as you have an account. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

4. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use OAuth 2.0 for authentication (we never handle your password), and uploaded photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
